The CEO

Mr. Mathews Jose has several years of experience in software development and outsourced services industry. After successfully establishing his first venture, an IT company with around 600 employees, he started BlueLabs Technology Solutions in 2007. He is the driving force behind the company’s strategic focus and marketing activities and under his leadership, BlueLabs Technologies has grown into a globally spread software services and solutions company. He also oversees the company's operations, administrative, finance, sales and marketing functions. He actively leads the marketing team in global expansion plans and acquisitions. His skills in client management and new client acquisition are beyond comparison. Apart from driving business development initiatives, Mr. Jose also works closely with many NGOs and has made life better for the less lucky ones.

The COO

Mr. Mobin K. Varghese has more than eight years experience in IT and BPO services sector. He is the driving force behind the success of the company. He has good knowledge of the IT outsourced services sector. He has represented the company in many international IT events (CeBit-Australia, Germany). He makes sure that targets are met and schedules are adhered to. In addition to driving sales and marketing programs, Mr. Varghese oversees client relations, branding, payroll and accounting. Mr. Varghese also oversees administrative operations that support the work of BlueLabs’ employees.
